Given the seriousness of the matter whichever way it goes, the seriousness in the event that these are actually orders issued by the High Court in Nyeri and in which case the hon. Assistant Minister says he does not believe that it is genuine, which is a serious matter in the position of the Chair; given the fact that in the event it turns out that this is a forged document and not a genuine document, for an hon. Member to come and lay it on the floor of the House, the Chair directs that this Question appears on the Order Paper on Wednesday morning next week. In the meantime, the Clerk’s Department will do due diligence to establish the facts and the Chair will come and give a direction on the same."
