    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, let us wait for the report. There have been proposals and there is a Committee dealing with it. There is the Strategic Environment Assessment (SEA) study and a lot being done on it. The CS has said that once the report is there, there was a proposal to change the routes. At this stage, we cannot say that it has been decided. However, should an issue come up; they are under duty to listen to the people. They have listened, gone round and asked the stakeholders and so we wait for a report to be done."
