    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I beg to reply and thank the Members for their wise contribution. I am sure a lot of comments were made on the Finance Bill, which deals with taxation measures. They will be considered when we get to the Committee of the whole House. As I said yesterday, we need to balance between the economic accomplishment that we have achieved in the past few years, which is an economic growth rate of 5.9 per cent, and the challenges that we are facing, including inadequate food supply as a result of the drought that our country and the region has faced. I would like to request Members to prepare their amendments and take them to the Office of the Clerk in readiness for the next stage, so that we can deal with this very important Bill. With those remarks, I beg to reply."
