    "content": "The second last clause is Clause 17 of the Bill which proposes to amend the Insurance Act by introducing a new subsection to exclude the insurance from the application of provisions of annual renewal of registration. This amendment to the principal Act is basically to amend the application on how to apply and use the new perpetual registration of insurance."
