    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to give my view regarding the amendment which has been brought by Hon. Nassir on the Kenya Police Service Act. I am a member of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security and we were trying to look at these amendments. At the Committee level, we had a small issue regarding some of the amendments. It is true that we need to look into the welfare of members of the National Police Service (NPS), how they will be treated when they get injured in the line of duty or get accidents when they are headed somewhere.
