    "content": "Secondly, there is an intended amendment which talks about “a member of the Service who sustains a wound or injury or contracts an illness while on duty or undergoing training is under such conditions, for such a period as prescribed, notwithstanding the duration of such treatment, may extend beyond the member‟s Service contract.” That is where we had a problem as a Committee.
