    "content": "When we talk about the civilian and the armed parts of officers, I believe, they should be compensated equally because they do the same job. Maybe some actually take up jobs that require them to use arms while some work in offices. But they suffer the same problems, illnesses and many similar vagaries of nature or other ways. So, I believe that it does not matter whether someone is an accountant or a police officer in the field. They should be equally compensated and taken care of because they are members of the force."
