    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, with integration in East Africa, Kenyans are travelling to Tanzania and Uganda and they are wondering why sugar in Tanzania is just about Kshs120 per kilogrammme and in Uganda it is about Kshs150 per kilogramme. In Kenya it is over Kshs200. Could the Assistant Minister explain why in Uganda and Tanzania people are able to take tea with sugar and yet Kenyans are not able to do so?"
