Those measures are meant to achieve an inclusive economic growth, enhance job creation, cushion Kenyans against the effects of drought and a high cost of living and, above all, foster growth and stability in our financial sector. Hon. Speaker, I hope that Members of Parliament have taken time to read this Bill. I, therefore, would like to highlight a few of the proposals that are contained in this Bill.
