    "content": "As I move on, when it comes to the issue of betting, lotteries and gaming, the 50 per cent tax is a wonderful idea. I have seen some idle youth in market places and some are even using their school fees to bet. They are making a kill in terms of returns and by imposing the 50 per cent, it will be a very good opportunity for the Government to raise a good amount of revenue which will help it in terms of implementing what is in the Budget. On the issue of second hand vehicles, I have no problem with it if we are going to encourage our returnees from foreign countries to bring their vehicles to the country. We know out there the numbers of left-hand vehicles are very many and they are not allowed into this country. I think it is a wonderful idea to allow them to sell their vehicles and buy similar ones in the country."
