    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this debate. First of all, I would like to challenge the words of the Leader of the Majority Party: That the economy of this country is growing every year. It is growing on papers and not in action. An economy that creates jobs and improves the living standards of the people is the best. But this economy that we are proud of every now and then, that is growing, does not reach the grassroots where the majority of Kenyans live."
