    "content": "Although this Bill is good, we need to work hard so much. Let us not look at the big brother up there, but let us look at those people at the grassroots level: the people who do not have permanent jobs and who rely on businesses and casual jobs. Those are the people we need to make sure that they feed their children and take them to school. We want to challenge the Government because last time it released some money for free education, but up to now, some schools have closed just within a week because they have no food. These are mostly schools in pastoralist areas where people depend on food. So, those students have gone back home because they do not have food."
