    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for this opportunity to support the proposed amendments in the Finance Bill. I have heard comments that the Jubilee Government is a failed Government. There are people who are so used to failure that whatever they see, they imagine that it is failure. I would want to say that the Jubilee Government is not a failed Government. It has done its part. That is why we are taking this opportunity to ensure that we take care of Kenyans by making sure that they are given what is necessary for them.
