    "content": "As I conclude, another thing which would progressively add value if we did it is the creation of pans and water reservoirs in this country. You will realise that Kenya has experienced drought for many months. We now have many Kenyans drowning because of floods and all that water is washed away to waste. I think it is high time, as a country, we thought of investments which are tax favourable that can harvest rain water. I can see time is not on my side."
