    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to table this ruling by the honourable court so that I request the Chair to now come up on Tuesday and allow us to interrogate why the Government has refused to license Butali Sugar Factory; an investment of Kshs3.2 billion, offering 2,000 direct jobs for our youth and 6,000 indirect jobs to the other farmers and players. This should be treated urgently because the sugar-cane which was grown to service Butali Sugar Factory has now overgrown. Thank you."
