    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in fact, irrespective of whether we know that there are other cases or not – because the Chair is an outstanding legal mind – I am hoping that when he will be making the ruling, he will address himself to the legal thing called “double jeopardy”. If the High Court has already made a ruling on a particular matter, why should the same ruling again be brought up? It amounts to double jeopardy and I expect that the Chair will address himself to this."
