    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to the Division of Revenue Bill, 2017. My colleagues have spoken and said that this Bill had been passed in this House and so we did not expect to transact the same again. Looking at what has happened with this Bill, it reminds me that we really struggled as a country to come up with the Constitution in 2010. One of the best chapters in that Constitution is Chapter 12 on public finance."
