"content": "Over the years, we have tried to deal with it. Therefore, this effort to get a new Health Bill has been there for the last 10 years. Because of the inadequacy of the previous Act, there has been a large number of Acts in the health sector. Probably, they are 20 or more. There was need to have a mother Act and this is what the Health Bill is. Let me also appreciate the work which has been done by the Mediation Committee. It was in the middle of the nomination period and they were able to sit through and we appreciate that."
