"content": "The overall view which the Chair has gone through in fair amount of details is basically to stem the fears that arose from the Senate that this Bill was to some extent excluding county government structures and county health governance. We actually went through it and addressed those fears. I will only highlight a few areas like the need to have the rights to the highest attainable health care and our decision to start with, at least, vaccination for children and maternity care. If there is any single intervention in this country which has improved the survival of children it is vaccination. Therefore, to have it free and compulsory is something which this country needs."
