    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. The Bill is very important to the gender rule in elective positions. We are aware that there is a court judgment. For that matter, it is good to comply with the court as a House. Actualising the two-thirds gender rule is important for the country. However, there must be a method through which to achieve it through elections. I do not think nomination is the way forward. I believe that during the Committee of the whole House we will dissect this Bill and come up with a way of actualising the two-thirds gender rule so that the country can settle this matter once and for all.
