    "content": "As I conclude, the Constitution provides for nomination to ensure that the younger generation is represented, but the drafters of the Constitution did not anticipate that at one time the youth will be fast enough and get opportunities to be elected. It will reach a time when in almost all county assemblies, the majority will be the youth. Therefore, the slots for nomination will be left for the older generation. I take this opportunity to support this Bill. I also urge the House to support it because it is good for us to salvage the 11th Parliament before we go for elections. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
