    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. From the outset, I wish to support this Bill. I must congratulate Hon. Leonard Sang who is my very good friend and a serious medical practitioner in his own right. It is unfortunate that Hon. Sang is facing problems in his endeavours to come back to this House on account of the choice of the party that he made. In fact, if I was given the opportunity, I would have advised him from the very beginning to join the Chama cha Mashinani (CCM). That would have given him space to exercise his democratic rights. I am sure he would have been more than assured of coming back. But all is not yet lost. I wish him all the best. I was just trying to get educated by my friend and colleague, Hon. (Dr.) Nyikal. When I saw the term “therapists”, I was thinking of the physiotherapists.
