    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. At the outset, I thank Hon. Leonard Sang for coming up with this Bill and brought it to the Floor of the House. Secondly, I rise to support the Occupational Therapists (Training, Registration and Licensing) Bill, 2016. Many Bills relating to medicine have been brought before this House. Hon. Sang is one of the Members who have thought widely so that professions can be regulated. There is no professional calling that can thrive without proper regulation. In this particular arena, there are those who have received training and those who have not.
