    "content": "asked the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources:- (a) whether he is aware that Thika District Ministry officials authorized operations of Kings Rock Company to mine rocks without a valid licence or the nominal requirements of such an industry by NEMA; (b) whether he is further aware that the operations of the quarry have occasioned agricultural produce loss, noise pollution and other health hazards both to flora and fauna ; and, (c) when the Ministry will halt the operations of the company due to raised health concerns and when the Ministry will compensate the victims whose right to a clean and healthy environment has been violated."
