Now, during the quarrying, we have regulations that govern how you quarry. At the end of that, you must do the landfills again. So, it is a whole three-stage process. I want to assure the hon. Member, and all Kenyans that where you have a quarry land cannot be left with whatever he is saying; it is an excavation that has not been recovered. So, we must recover it and that is part of the same report."
