    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I beg to move: THAT, the Kenya Trade Remedies Bill be now read a Second Time. I am so happy and delighted to move this Bill this morning. It is a Bill that I have worked on for the last 12 years as a private core practitioner of law. I have worked with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Co-operatives. In the last Parliament, I took Members of Parliament through this Bill twice in Mombasa and here in Nairobi. It is my pleasure because we are living at a time when globalisation has had its impact in the country and in the world over.
