    "content": "I also wish that the Agency that is intended to be created will look into the issue of unfair trade practices internally, like issues of milk. Farmers in the villages sell a litre of milk at Ksh30, but the same litre of milk is sold in supermarkets at Kshs150. That is a difference of about Kshs120. The farmer who takes care of the cows throughout the year and provides the cow feeds – which are very expensive – gets Kshs30 only per litre of milk. Brokers are cashing in and getting around Kshs120. This needs to be addressed. I am not sure whether the issue of milk has been addressed. I have not read this Bill in detail; I have read it casually. If it has not been well captured, I hope it will be captured at a later stage."
