    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I was saying that I hope and pray that when this Bill is passed--- We are at the mercy of the President. I hope the President is listening. When this Bill lands on his table, he will assent to it as quick as possible so that we can save this country. I hope he is listening and I hope he will do the right thing. There are Bills that have been done here--- I brought an amendment about the industries and the Company Act where 50 per cent of every company should be owned by Kenyans. What happened? It was not done the way it was supposed to be."
