    "content": "You will agree with me that through subsidy, we will have good industries locally, and which will create employment for our youths. Currently, the unemployment rate is alarming. As a Member of Parliament, when you were campaigning during the party primaries, all the time the youths were surrounding you asking for kitu kidogo . How can we sort out this issue of kitukidogo ? The only way is to create employment opportunities for our youths to ensure that they are engaged. The only way is to fund agriculture. Once we do it, then we will do value addition that will ensure job creation in this country."
