    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. I also congratulate Hon. Ochieng for a job well done. I am sure this Bill will go through. I really want to urge the President to sign it into law because this will enable youths in this country to have jobs. We will protect our country and we will be rid of dumping of all manner of low- quality goods into this country at a very cheap price. It is high time Kenya now started trading and even exporting goods to other countries. It is already in show with a few industries, but they cannot succeed because we lack a framework like the one Hon. Ochieng has brought to this House - and which I support. We have trade zones which we trade with. We have the East African Community which is very important. Those are our neighbours; who we should be trading with. There is need to create jobs for our young people in the country. The more we continue without creating jobs, the more we are at a risk of intolerance in future and lack of hope for our young people. Therefore, it is important that I support this Bill. We support it all and I thank you for everything."
