    "content": "Thank you Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this Bill. It is timely and I support it especially because it touches on our youth. The youth are the backbone of every country and they need to be encouraged so as to realise their talents. The Presidential Awards already exist, but that is now being anchored in law and relating it more with the youth. There are so many youths in this country that are talented, but the existing systems that are meant to tap those talents are wanting.
