    "content": "Most of the clauses in this Bill are very innovative and encouraging. When I look at Clause 7, the board has been given the space and the leeway to have unlimited powers to search for certain things that can be rewarded or awarded. Clause 7(b), says that: “Provide quality experiential activities that impart positive life skills and ethical values to young people for a better society.” Some of our young people are not attracted to traditional indigenous system set up, but if this Bill will recognise their research capacity from their formal education and their “wizardness” in computer skills, it will allow them to do things that are community oriented and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
