    "content": "According to this Bill, we need to understand our environment. Our health sector, for instance, deals with equipment and drugs. So, there is an element of measurement in the health sector. When you are told that you have bought a generic drug, you should also be advised that the original drug is more expensive but more efficient than the generic drug. An individual who is sold generic drugs without being told so is actually being stolen from by the chemist. This is one area we must look into. A few of us are fortunate enough to go to a good hospital like the Aga-Khan, but there are many Kenyans who go to health facilities located in their neighbourhood where people are after making a quick buck. Like the Leader of the Majority Party said, you walk into a health facility, your body temperature and blood pressure are quickly checked and then you are told you are okay and fit to run, only for you to collapse down the road. All that is about measurements. It is an area that we must be critical and look at carefully with spying glass so that the health of our people is not unnecessarily affected because of bad instrumentation."
