    "content": "(d) The Makueni County Government has failed to effectively facilitate public participation during conception, design and implementation of the various projects undertaken by the County Government. The petitioner, therefore, prays that the Senate investigates these matters and makes appropriate recommendations thereon. Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No.226, I shall now allow comments, observations or clarification in relation to the petitions for not more than 30 minutes. My proposal is that I read all of them and then you can pick whichever you want to contribute on at the end of their presentation. ALLEGED WRONGFUL DISMISSAL FROM THE PUBLIC SERVICE"
