    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me the opportunity to add my voice to the petition. My contribution is on the petition on the establishment of a sugarcane factory in Kisii County. I support the idea, the vision and the governor. I believe it is because it will create more opportunities to the people of Kisii and improve the economic growth and status of the county in terms of physical accessibility and development. That is a noble cause in terms of counties and devolution because a county is a country on its own and such establishments improve the growth of a county. I support."
