    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to indicate to the hon. Member that this Question came up after it was dropped another time and I had given him a written answer then. Yesterday, my Office duly supplied the answer to the Clerk of the National Assembly, but I sympathize with the hon. Member that he does not have the answer. However, I beg to reply. (a)My Ministry has no immediate plans for construction of a bridge across Seiya River due to the enormous cost that will be involved in putting up the structure whose pan is estimated at 200 metres. However, the Kenya Rural Roads Authority is under instructions to carry out site investigations for design of a bridge across Seiya River. The exercise is expected to provide a reliable estimate of the cost of the construction of the bridge."
