    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, already, the directive has been given. So, we hope that when we begin to discuss in the next semester, we will not be having these problems. If the Vice-Chancellors and the relevant departments comply, it should not be a problem anymore. We do not see why it should be a problem in some institutions and not others. So, we have a responsibility as the Government to defend those students. Let me say that by June next year, we shall have finalized that matter completely."
