Section 16 of the Tax Procedures Act, 2015 is amended by deleting the words ―the of‖ appearing in paragraph (h) and substituting therefor with the words ―of the‖. We are only saying that Clause 18 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words ―in subsection (2)‖ immediately after the word ―amended‖. We are only adding the words ―in subsection‖ after the word ―amended‖. That is all we are doing."
