    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have forgotten something important. In that amendment, there is Clause 4D; the last paragraph to that amendment. It was not a Committee amendment. I do not know how it found itself there. Therefore, I wish to drop the part of the amendment, which says:- ―4D A person who commits an offence under subsection 4C is liable on conviction to a penalty of ten per cent of the amount involved.‖"
