    "content": "Levying a 50 per cent taxation from 7 per cent must be explained to this country. What will happen is that ordinary businesses will begin to live in fear, knowing that somebody can suggest a tax in that manner. I want us to regulate the betting industry but let us do so using a Bill. Some people here were against my Bill. Why can we not allow a structured Bill? My Bill is still alive and it is a property of this House. We can bring it next week and pass it, and it will comprehensively regulate the betting industry. We will then look like a civilised nation. Thank you."
