    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to oppose this amendment. This is outright theft. It is evil because we have lost people. There have been many cases of suicide. If we do not tax them, they will steal from both the poor mwananchi and the Government. I am not an economist but as a representative of the poor people, we should protect the poor person and not the rich investors. I oppose the amendment."
