    "content": "I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, but I wonder how we even call these people investors. This country invests in our children, education and healthcare, and yet we are saying that these people who are reaping billions from these young people are investors. If you walk in Kayole or in the slums in Nairobi, you will find there are these betting dens. I want to say ―No‖. The excuse that we will be building backstreet gambling does not hold water. That is like trying to cut off your nose to spite your face. Let us deal with that.
