(b) Is the Minister also aware that on 31st October, 2010, the homes of Ronald Kalya and Wilson Kalya were raided and a motor vehicle taken away and abandoned near Plateau area in Eldoret? (c) What action has the Minister taken to ensure that the culprits are arrested and security in the area restored?"
