    "content": "Section 53 of the Kenya Deposit Insurance Act, 2012 is amended by inserting section 53 of the following new subsection immediately after subsection (2) – No.10 of 2012. ―(3) The Cabinet Secretary, may under exceptional circumstances, extend the term of receivership, for a further period not exceeding twelve months‖."
