    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in my constituency, there is a settlement scheme known as Ndalani which has been occupied by squatters for the last 30 years. As recently as 2007, police officers would come with court orders to demolish the buildings. Others would be hired by absentee landlords to evict tenants. Could the Assistant Minister consider leaving issues concerning land to the Provincial Administration which has the necessary structures of dealing with land matters so that the mainstream police do not get involved in matters of land?"
