In the dying moments of every Parliament, this House passes some very bad laws because of disinterest. I am vindicated when the Leader of the Majority Party says that maybe the deletion was wrong. I said there must be an agreement. I want to plead with the Chair of the Departmental Committee to, between now and Tuesday, look for all the stakeholders, especially the Treasury, and agree with the businessmen on a figure."
