In this case, it is the Standing Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget. On the Petition by the Governor of Nairobi City County, the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget will have to respond to the petitioner by way of a report. The report will be addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate as per Standing Order No. 227(2). On the Petition by Mr. John Kimani Gitau, the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare will respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate. On the Petition by Mr. Justus Mutunga Mutuku, the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare will submit a report under Standing Order No.227(2) to the petitioner and table it in the Senate.
