    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Chairlady. I will go with Hon. Aghostinho on this again. Clause 11 of the Bill tells us that there shall be an appeals board and it tells us who the members shall be. Clearly, it will be a judge of a superior court appointed by the Chief Justice, and he shall be the chairperson. If you listen to the amendment on the other hand proposed by the Committee, they are saying that the chairperson shall be an advocate of not less than 10 years standing. We do not know what their experience is. That is important. When you go to the proposed amendment, it says that the members of the appeals board shall be appointed by the CS by notice The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
