    "content": "A recent study in six counties within Kenya looked at the challenges among Kenyan women on breastfeeding and considered that women in different settings from urban to poor, to middle income and rural areas have several challenges when breastfeeding their children. It is, therefore, important since breastfeeding reduces child mortality rate. For example, in poor countries like Peru, the Government initiative in promoting breastfeeding has helped in reducing child mortality. They have reduced child mortality from 1,000 deaths to 19."
