Just for your information, should the House reject the Question on re-committal, the clauses as shown in the Bill will remain as amended by the House in the Committee of the whole House last Thursday. If the House agrees to the re-committal, we shall immediately proceed to Committee of the Whole House on the Finance Bill as shown on the Order Paper. Hon. Members, I wish to put the Question; I hope what I have said is clear and I confirm that there is quorum. Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee or the Vice-Chairman, in terms of the Communication, could you place on record your additional proposed clauses for re- committal?"
